Instructions to use the Cape Cod Tourist Transit Pass Program

The passes must be registered on the e-transit website using our online form, before they can be given to a guest or hotel staff member for use.Here are the basic instructions on how to use the website to manage the passes. These passes should be distributed to the guests upon check-in and should be collected during checkout.Once a pass is returned, it should be reported using the website. The returned passes cannot be reused.

  1. To Add a client and assign cards
    1. Go to www.e-transit.org/transpass
    2. Click on Add a Client and Sign out Cards in the Member Hotels section
    3. Enter the username and password assigned to your hotel
    4. Fill out the card and client information on the form
  2. To report returned or stolen cards
    1. Go to www.e-transit.org/transpass
    2. Click on Report Returned or Lost Card in the Member Hotels section
    3. Enter the username and password assigned to your hotel
    4. Fill out the card and client information on the form
